When staying in Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran, Eko and I had 3 hours spa in Liang Spa Premium located in the hotel. Meanwhile, Lala was enjoying her time in the Kids Club in the hotel, taken care by one of the friendly staff from the Front Office.  Here is our opinion on Liang Spa Bali Review in Watermark Hotel Jimbaran.

Service

Score: 9 from total 10

From the moment we entered the door, the service is excellent. Relaxing music was playing in the lobby made the ambience very nice. There is also the art shelf for guests to enjoy or buy, mostly about owl which is specifically made by Wayan Sila, the artist of Owl House in Ubud.

The reservation staff explained the menu package in details (including the difference of every package), guide us to fill the guest form (including any allergic or body condition), and provided sample of the cream or oil essence for us to choose (to make sure it fits the customers need and preference). We were then guided to the locker room to lock our valuable things and brought the key with us. Then we started our spa in the VIP treatment room. The heaven started here..

This VIP room is different from the other room because it has its own space for foot massage, creambath, bath-tub, shower and toilet. So the guests do not need to get out of the room until the spa is finished. The beds in all room are using Batik cloth, which make the atmosphere both very traditional and elegant. The room ambience can be set personally using bright or dimmed light.

I was having flower bath which was VERY RELAXING. Warm bath, beautiful flower, with cold orange juice would make everything I have is just enough. I closed my eyes and enjoyed every seconds of it — realizing that Lala is not there even made if more divine — :p

After taking shower, we were having creambath and I just notice that from the entrance till all spaces in this Liang spa is filled with beautiful yellow flower. It is very well decorated with clean but comfortable mood.

The therapists are all very skillful, profesionally-trained, polite, and friendly. All staffs are able to speak Japanese fluently.

 

Room

When entering the hotel lobby, Liang Spa Premium is located on the right handside of the lobby, beside Petile gift shop. They have 3 types of spa room with some other rooms:

• Twin Treatment Room : 3
• Single Treatment Room : 3
• VIP Treatment Room : 1
• Other: creambath room, foot massage room, locker room

 

Package

Score: 8.5 from total 10

Basically, they have wide variants of spa service including:

• 6 hours Esthe unlimited: combination of Este, massage and meal menu (Rp.2.480.000,-)
• 5 hours package: foot bath, body massage, facial or foot massage, Shirodara, creambath, flower bath. (Rp.2.070.000,-)
• 3 hours Liang spa special package (Rp.1.310.000,-) with 3 options:
  A. Foot bath, Balinese oil massage, lulur & yogurt pack, flower bath, creambath
  B. Foot bath, Balinese oil massage, facial, creambath
  C. Foot bath, English-style foot reflexology, Japanese non-oil body massage, creambath
• Other stand-alone services for 60-240 minutes each (Rp.480.000,- to Rp.960.000,-) are:
  Chinese foot massage, English-style foot reflexology, Japanese body massage (non-oil), Balinese oil massage, Abhyanga massage, Stone therapy, Coconuts body treatment, Lulur & yogurt pack, ceambath, facial, Shirodara.
• For in-house hotel, they have Massage in the guest room for Non Oil Japanese Body Massage or Chinese Foot Massage (60 minutes).
• They provide free pick-up for minimum 2 persons.
