Tablespoon Coffee House is a five-star dining service located in the ground floor of Bali Paragon Resort Hotel, Jimbaran Bali. This restaurant provides International menu, particularly Indonesian, Western and Italian. While we’re staying in Bali Paragon Hotel, we had breakfast and lunch in Tablespoon Coffee House. Here’s our overall Tablespoon Coffee House review in Bali Paragon Hotel.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast in Tablespoon Coffee House is served in buffet with wide variation of menu. They open from 6.30-10.30 AM for breakfast. Mostly the food is served in big buffet table in the center of the restaurant, such as salad, fresh fruit, yellow steam rice, porridge, sausage, pastry and fruit juice. Meanwhile, they have a separate egg station, and a separate noodle soup station which is seldom to find in any other hotel breakfast menu.

 

Menu

The menu of Tablespoon Coffee House is quite extensive from local / east to west. However, their signature dishes are Pizza Chicken Balinese with authentic sambal matah, Ayam Betutu, Sate Lilit, drinks of the Roots, Mango Ice Blend, TS Ice Blend, and dessert of Semi Bitter Chocolate Cake.

For lunch, we ordered Fried Oxtail Soup (Sop Buntut Goreng) and Home Made Grilled Imported Australian Beef Terderloin. This Sop Buntut Goreng is served with separated soup, emping and sambal hijau. YUMMY! The fried oxtail is so tender, and combined with the rich-flavour soup, it’s just a perfect meal while it’s raining outside.

 

The Home Made Grilled Imported Australian Beef Tenderloin that I ordered is served with mashed potato and grilled asparagus. The beef tastes so tender and a little bit smokey (which is delicious) with savoury sauce. If she’s not full, I think Diana could finish my mashed potato. Luckily, she’s full enough 🙂

 

Tablespoon Coffee House also has three children menu and we order Spaghetti Bolognese Shaved Parmesan Cheese for Lala since she loves pasta. We’re quite surprised about the portion because the portion quite big for children.

 

Service

All staff are very friendly and helpful, the food also come out in short time. They also got Lala a nice wooden baby chair 🙂

 

Place

The restaurant is quite big with many seating spaces in beautiful decoration, combined with open kitchen in indoor area. They also have some outdoor eating area with pool-view.

 

Price

Their price for hotel cuisine with five-star taste is very reasonable and affordable. Really!
